HCG: Day 16

-4.2lbs. Finally I feel like I am getting somewhere, although I realize it's more about eating the right things than relying on the HCG to "melt" my fat cells.  I decided it might be easier for now to make up a diet protocol or schedule and plan my meager meals.  Then I really don't have to think to much about food.  I started on Saturday, but it's been the last 3 days that I have really followed my plan.  And, I guess my numbers are showing for it.  Old habits (sugar, candy, sugar, candy) are hard to break and even hard to stop thinking about.  I broke this afternoon with a tootsie roll, which was inconveniently placed under my nose at the check out counter of a tennis store!  So.....I will recommit tomorrow!
