FUNNY LITTLE MINDS
**Walt is currently playing on an indoor soccer team. Our team is dominating the league so far by scoring too many goals to count. Last night, we must have had 40 goals and we helped the other team score 2. In the car on the way home, Walt said "Now that's what I call a soccer game"! age 5
**After watching Walt for the morning, Macy was supposed to take him to swim lessons. They were playing a game and she lost track of time, and ended up missing his lesson. She called me and said "I think I know what you mean when you say 'I think I'm losing it'"!!! Fortunately, he was able to attend the second session of lessons that day!, age 9
**Recently, Grant brought home his school reading assignment, a book called "SIX KIDS". He had been reading out loud to me each morning over breakfast. Then, one night I brought the book upstairs for Grant to read out loud one more time before bed and as I placed it on the bed, Walt said "oh no, not FIVE GUYS" (which is a restaurant, here in Sandy). It was very funny!
**My kids were in my room and it smelled as if someone had sprayed perfume. I asked what the smell was, and Macy replied "maybe it's you, Hot Rod" with 2 pistols (hands) shooting at me.
**The boys got their hair cut this week and they look so cute. I said to Walt, "You look so handsome" and he just smiled at me and said, "yes, I do!"
**Grant: "Mom, do you know what it means when someone whistles at you?" Mom:"no, what?" Grant: "it means you're looking just fine!", age 5
**After going to the bathroom by himself, Walt came out of the bathroom naked and replied "Looking Good"!, age 3
**Russ asked "Grant, why haven't you finished your cereal?" Grant replies "my LIFE is all soggy." Russ states "that's just the way life is sometimes!" Grant, age 5
